This is Very Scary!

This morning I have to go to the dentist.

Is that totally cliche on the Friday before Halloween?

Maybe a little.

But probably not as bad as this photo from a couple of years ago when I actually had a black eye from getting in a scooter accident (I'll share that story for another day - needless to say there were stitches and lots of blood. VERY Halloweeny...)​

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I love the tricks, I love the treats, I love the costumes, and I love everything in between.

My wife goes all out with the decorations and our kids start planning their costumes what seems like months in advance. (Don't worry, I'll email you the 2021 costume photo next week - you will LOVE it!)

But Halloween also signals the beginning of the end of the year.

In a couple of weeks we have Thanksgiving, and then the Winter Holidays follow shortly after that.

And before you know it... poof! We are flipping the calendar to a new year.

Which leads me to the point of today's email.

What were you planning to accomplish in 2021 that you haven't accomplished yet?

Where are you currently in your revenue goals for your online business?

What is your plan to make things happen in the next two months?

I will be honest with you, 2021 didn't turn out the way I wanted AT ALL.

But that doesn't mean that we aren't moving forward anyway.

If you had told me that I'd be sending out a daily email with my thoughts, recommendations and advice at the beginning of the year, and that I would love doing it... I would have told you that you were crazy.

If you had told me that we would be putting the finishing touches on a monthly membership program that will teach people how to start, build and grow a successful online business so that they can break free from their 9-5 job... I would have said that I'm a lawyer not a business coach.

If you had told me that I would have launched a podcast in 2021 and that views on my Youtube Channel would have slowed... I would have said that is plausible but no way...

Regardless of what we THINK and PLAN to happen, life always seems to get in the way and show us a new path.

That's just the way it goes.

There's ups and downs and it can be a wild ride at times.

So let's hold on tight and enjoy it while we can.
